Right Foot Forward is small inbound marketing and design firm located in Wake Forest. We are growing quickly and are currently seeking an intrepid and motivated candidate to fill an important and challenging position on our team. As our Account Strategist, you will be a central figure in almost every project and campaign. You will work with the production team to ensure all of the deliverables map to the strategy and expectations of the client. You will also maintain communication with the client to make sure our team has what they need, and the client is crystal clear on what is happening with their project/campaign.
Responsibilities and Duties
Your day to day responsibilities will include (but certainly not limited to):
- Communicating with clients
- Reviewing campaign performance
- Resolving project/campaign hurdles and blockers
- Helping production create and publish content

To be a good fit for the job, you will need:
Strong, empathetic written and verbal communication skills (this cannot be understated)
Experience with herding cats
Proficiency with trending social media platforms
Experience with marketing and business web apps
A drive to learn and take on new challenges
Organizational skills and habits, self governing, and works well with a team
Strong work ethic and a "do whatever it takes to get the job done" attitude
A passion for marketing and helping good businesses grow
GROWTH & OPPORTUNITY
This position will be full time, salary, with PTO. Pay will be commensurate with experience and fit, but estimated to be within $30k - $40k. The right person in the role will enjoy ample upward mobility, rapid performance based pay increases, and a promising career track.
This position requires experience and familiarity with all aspects digital inbound marketing. If you’re a “jack-of-all-trades” but understand the big strategic picture of an inbound marketing campaign, you might be perfect for this. Some level of experience or proficiency in the following is expected:

- Google Analytics
Honestly, we put a lot more stock in experience, ability, and “good fit,” than formal degrees. However, degrees in the following or relevant majors could be helpful:
